Our story

Storyville is owned by husband and wife Nick and Clare. Nick has 23 years experience tattooing professionally and Clare… doesn’t have a single tattoo. We feel that our different experiences of tattooing have helped us to establish a genuinely warm, welcoming environment. After 6 years being based in East Dulwich it was time for a change and we couldn’t be happier to have moved our tattoo studio to the leafy south east London neighbourhood of Honor Oak Park.

We knew when we set out to create our own studio that it had to be a peaceful, inspiring environment where everyone would be welcome regardless of age, background, orientation or gender. Where the same level of care is applied to every tattoo, be it a small design or an entire bodysuit. Whether it’s your first tattoo or your fiftieth.

As much as we love traditional tattoos, we’ve had enough of the old school attitude. Storyville is a snob free zone. No pressure, no judgements, no egos. Just beautiful tattoos in an unhurried way.
